Mr. Cho, a murder suspect, was caught in Ansan. The emergency arrest was because of him allegedly brutally killing Mr. Choi, his roommate. The police agreed on disclosing Cho’s face, but public opinion is divided into two camps: whether it is desirable or not to disclose data. Some assert that he is such a perilous criminal that people should know the murderer’s face. However, the opposing side says no, since the decision was made in the first investigation when he was merely a suspect. The police keep saying that it was based on a clause of the law relating to violent crimes. However, there is still so much confusion on revealing a suspect’s identity.
